To qualify:
- return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
- items must be unused and in original packaging;
- you must notify us in writing within 14 days;
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Custom-made or made-to-order items may be non-refundable unless faulty.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email: hello@werko.co.uk. Please wait for our confirmation before returning of goods.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may:
- repair the goods;
- replace the goods;
- issue a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
