At Werko UK Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
If your product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will, at our discretion:
- repair the product,
- replace the product, or
- provide a refund.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required.
Warranty Period
Our warranty periods are as follows:

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear,
- accidental damage,

- unauthorised repairs or modifications.

- details of the issue,
- photos of the product if applicable.
